Your home pc is similar to your work pc.  However we all know you don't have the same programs, or network set up as your work pc.  Plus you use different applications and have different needs than at work.  We understand those differences and can help troubleshoot issues.

How much is this going to cost???

There are set fees for several items below. For any general job not listed below, the standard fee below is charged.
$189 Re-format your pc to when it was NEW
$119 Set up a new pc, including transferring your data from old to new pc
$109 Remove a virus
$45 Standard fee per hour for all other items
Milage charge for more than 15 miles roundtrip
